Winery 29th & Prayer Request

We are having a get together at the Wilderness Winery on the 29th (11109 Plank Rd, Spotsylvania, VA 22553). My family and I will be there pretty early maybe 5ish. We bring food (you just can't bring your own hooch). They don't tend to have a great Friday menu (for papist). But the kids enjoy running around and the parents enjoy just talking. Bring wives and kids!

Our friend farmer Adam's wife Nicola is in the hospital on bed rest with a pregnancy situation and is scheduled for delivery the 1st, and we are asking for prayers for she and baby boy. We are asking the intercession of St Gianna Molla for them both to be safe and healthy. Please keep them in your daily rosary.

Patron Saint of Mothers, Physicians, and Preborn Children, O compassionate Saint Gianna, physician and caregiver to the poor, the elderly, to children and expectant mothers, look lovingly upon my humble prayer, and intercede for me with our Heavenly Father. As a dedicated wife and mother, you imitated the love of our Savior, Jesus Christ, even to the point of giving your life to save the life of your preborn child. Please intercede on behalf of Nicola and her baby boy.

Also I am not harassing Adam at this time about the chickens. I will report back.

Oh since we won't be eating my chickens I have only a few for sale we will keep most that survived as eggers. If anyone doesn't want to kill a chicken (my Ivy League lawyer for instance) that's fine. If you want me or someone else to do it that's fine. Perhaps a wife or kid?

Lastly, if you're new (a few might be) the idea of this book club is to strengthen ourselves in our faith, have a community to lean on, support one another in prayer, help one another prepare for the inevitable destruction our betters are promising to provide before they 6uild 6ack 6etter.

If you are not in our parish I recommend you create your own community and develop the network needed to help one another. Fr D has created a great outline for how to do that and has about 7 such mutual assistance groups.
